And calories are calories. No matter what time of the day. Carbs are carbs whether sweet potato or rice. Protein is protein whether chicken or fish or deli-sliced ham. I don’t care. Follow a restrictive diet you HATE just because some celebrity recommended it or you saw it on Dr.Oz or the front cover of a Women’s World magazine or your favourite physique athlete eats chicken and rice 10 times a day so you need to as well. Nothing will guarantee results. Nothing is guaranteed in life. There are many variables we can’t control. We can only work with the physical laws we know, calories in - calories out.
