Anxiety Cure

When you have anxiety one of the best things you can do is to not think, but do. As our minds are racing we tend to think constantly about worst case scenarios, potential outcomes, worries, disappointments, and possibilities. We can be indecisive. We can worry so much about what we should do and what’s the best thing to do that we end up doing nothing at all.

As soon as you have an idea, take action.

The pause will get you every time. The hesitation brings fear. It will make you question yourself.

Don’t pause.

Don’t worry.

Don’t think.

Just do. Do the thing you said you’d do. Do the thing you know you need to do.

And never regret it.

You make the wrong choice. So what?

You make a new decision next time.

Never give up on your dreams because of fears, insecurities, or doubts. Keep following the plan. Keep taking action. Keep trying. Keep experimenting. The future is yours to claim it.

Refuse to hold back.

You are fearless. You are powerful.

Now take the next step. And then take a step again. Just start. One foot at a time.
