5 Easy Steps to Taking Apple Cider Vinegar

First thing in the morning, get out a glass and your bottle of raw, unfiltered (make sure it says “with the mother” on the bottle) Apple cider vinegar. Bragg brand is a good choice.
  1. Drink a glass of water. You don’t want to take the Apple cider vinegar shot right away after waking up because your throat will be raw and dry. Drinking a class of water first helps lubricate your throat a bit to prevent the acid from harming your throat too much when you do take the shot.
  2. Put 1-2 tbsp in approximately one cup of water. Stir. You want to make sure that you start off at the lower end of the range and work your way up as desired. The acidity of the vinegar helps stimulate digestion, and you don’t want to end up with a uncomfortable bathroom visit after consumption. You also want to make sure to mix the Apple cider vinegar with water, rather than drinking it straight, to prevent burning your mouth, throat, or esophagus. This routine is not worth permanent damage to your internal organs!!!
  3. Chug back the water-vinegar mixture, trying to reduce the contact between then liquid and your throat as much as possible.
  4. Finish off by drinking a large glass of water to flush away the excess acidity.
