With myfitnesspal premium you can see what the top foods are, that day or week, that have contributed to your total calories or your total fat, carbs, or proteins. You can also see the top foods that are contrib to your total sugar, diver, vitamin C, iron, and calcium intake, etc.

Take a look at the top foods that are contributing the most to your calories. Which of these foods would be easy to minimize? Take a look at any simple, processes carbs.
