Prevention is the Best Medicine

The secret to great mental and physical and spiritual health, full body and mind, holistic health is not about treating conditions. It’s about healing the body through the practices rituals and regulations you put upon your body every day.

If we are continually treating the symptoms we are continually putting a bandage on the deeper wound. We are never getting to the root cause and letting it heal. And if we don’t keep nurturing that root cause, it will resurface. The underlying issues are what matter. We must use self practices every day to keep us in that state of balance. This state of balance is not easy to achieve. It involves looking inside ourselves to see what is causing our suffering and to see what is causing our happiness joy health and vitality. And when we get to a really bad place, mentally or physically emotionally or in a deeper level of the soul, we can feel so bad, so sick, that it is hard for us to.
