You Must Commit to Your Mental Health

You must commit to your mental health. To prepare for and plan for health, longevity, and happiness. You must plan to succeed. And if you do, you will. Simple as that. Prepare your meals and workout plans ahead of time. Plan for when you will study and when you will read your affirmation. Make a playlist for the gym and an affirmation playlist and a playlist of podcasts. It will be so easy for you and it will be fun to get yourself all organized and prepared. Daily commitments and habits through love for yourself rather than through obligation. Know how important thee commitments are and how they matter in relation to your value system. In this way you will continue to do these commitments because they are so tied to who you are and your values as a person.

But the funny thing is, the patterns of our thoughts and our feelings, our belief system and our values. We feel like these are stagnant and fixed. But they aren’t. They are up for you to change. If your values or beliefs or the rules you have for how you should live your life and what you need to be successful are no longer serving you then you have the right to change then to better support you as a person and support your goals. We should never let our minds hold us back. We are the ultimate controller above our thoughts and feelings. This gives us power over our thoughts and feelings and allows us to create all we want for ourselves but we must realize that. If we change our perception we can change our whole reality. You could have everything on the outside and still feel unsatisfied and unsuccessful. The dream job, car, house, wife. We live inside our bodies and our minds. Make them work for you. Make things better for yourself.

You feel this desperate beee to change yourself on the outside. But without internal changes to how you feel about yourself on the inside, nothing will change. You don’t have to lose 10 lbs to feel good about yourself. You can feel good about yourself in 3 seconds. It’s a choice. It doesn’t mean you don’t want to lose weight or change your body, it’s just making the best decision for yourself. Your sanity. Regardless of the fact that it lowers stress hormones which will help you lose weight, loving your body increases the likelihood that you will treat it well and treat it with love and respect. And isn’t it when we feel the worst about ourselves that we tend to self sabotage? Let’s be realistic. It makes more sense. So always choose self love and fight for it. The results will come with the diet and exercise. But the long lasting self love and self pride will come from the effort the pride from your wfforts and consistency and the person you’ve grown and become and how you’ve changed your whole life. The competence they they brings. The empowerment.
